How it works

Members dining at any of The Evolv Collection’s UK restaurants will earn Evolv Rewards points worth 10% of their dining spend.

Please download and sign in to our loyalty app before you dine, which will include your membership card. Show you membership number on your membership card to your server at the time of payment, and we'll credit your account with the points within 24 hours.

Redeemed points for luxury food & drink experiences or gift cards to use at any one of The Evolv Collection’s iconic restaurants in London, Manchester and Birmingham.

Events & Special Occasions

Planning a dinner with friends, a milestone birthday party, or an exclusive here gala event?

Book it with your loyalty name and email and if the group or event dining bill is, for example, £2,000, you’ll earn £200 worth of points in your personal loyalty account (up to a maximum of £250 per transaction)

The Black Card

If your total spend at Evolv Collection restaurants is more than £5,000 in the preceding 12 months, you’ll qualify for an exclusive Black Card.

A Black Card entitles you to VIP service and additional benefits like an additional 15% discount, to show our appreciation for our regular guests.

The Bluebird Club

The Bluebird Club is a modern members’ club, created for like-minded entrepreneurs, business leaders and socialites who share a passion for travel, sports, wine. Join us for the very best hospitality London has to offer.

Event Bookers

Evolv Collection

Event bookers will personally earn 10% points on any group dinner or event booking, and can earn a Black Card too. Ask you Sales team representative to add your loyalty member number to the booking.

There’s no 15% Black Card discount on events though, sorry!

FAQs

Q: How do I become a Member? 

A: To become a Member please go to the Evolv Rewards App (for Android™ or iPhone® device)/ Evolv Rewards Site (www.evolvcollection.com/rewards) and follow the prompts to create an account.

Q: Where can I use my Membership?

A: Evolv Rewards is valid in all UK- established The Evolv Collection restaurants including South Place Hotel (not valid on room rates, or international sites operated by The Evolv Collection). 

Q: How do I earn points? 

A: Visit one of our participating restaurants, by booking a table using your Membership through the Evolv Rewards App or by providing your Membership Card to a staff member when visiting as a walk-in guest or within our bars. Show your member number (on your membership card in your loyalty app) to the server at time of booking, and allow 24 hours for your points to be credited to your acount.

Q: How do I redeem points? 

A: Once you have enough points, you can exchange these for Gift Cards and/or Experiences with the App and/or Evolv Rewards Site. You will then be able to use your saved rewards towards your bill, just let a waiter know you have a Gift Card or Experience to claim. 

Q: Can I use my vouchers at the bar?

A: Yes, once points have been exchanged for vouchers they can be used as full or part payment at any Evolv restaurant and/or bar. 

Q: How long do points last for? 

A: Points will expire after 12 months from the point of earning. 

Membership accounts will be deactivated after 36 months of inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).

Q: Can I share my points? 

A: No, points can not be shared between accounts. You can use your points to redeem Gift Cards and/or Experiences and share these with friends and family. 

Q: When will I see my points? 

A: Points may take up to 24 hours to be shown on your profile. If you do not see them after this time please get in touch with us by visiting the ‘contact us’ page on the App and/or Evolv Rewards Site. 

Q: What is the balance on my claimed voucher?

A: Unsure how much is left on a claimed voucher or even part-used? Send us the voucher number and expiry date and a member of the team will be happy to help. 

Q: Will my previous Club D&D Gold/ Gold Plus status carry over to the new scheme? 

A: All statuses have been reviewed in line with the launch of the new scheme. Any and all rewards and benefits prior to 30/04/2025 are void.
