Members earn points on qualifying dining experiences at participating Evolv Collection restaurants. If you book through the Evolv Rewards App, your Membership will automatically be linked to your booking. Walk-in guests can also earn points by presenting their Membership at the time of their visit.

Points are not earned on non-food or drink items, including service charges.

Members earn 10% back in points on qualifying food and drink spend at participating Evolv Collection restaurants.

Points are calculated after any discounts, vouchers or redeemed rewards have been applied. For example, if a £200 bill is reduced by a £10 voucher, points will be earned on the remaining £190 qualifying spend.

Once you have enough points, you can exchange them for monetary gift vouchers through the Evolv Rewards App or web portal.

Redeemed rewards can be used towards dining experiences at participating restaurants.

Once a reward has been redeemed, it can be shared with friends or family to use at participating Evolv Collection restaurants.

To use your points towards a dining experience, you must first claim your chosen reward through the Evolv Rewards App. Once claimed, present your voucher to the team when paying your bill, and the voucher value will be applied to your payment.

Your Membership details alone cannot be used to redeem points at the restaurant.

If your claimed gift card does not appear in your app, please check your email inbox (including your spam or junk folder), as your reward is sent there. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact our team for assistance.

Evolv Rewards can be used at participating Evolv Collection restaurants and bars across our UK venues, including the restaurants and bars at South Place Hotel.

Points cannot currently be earned or redeemed towards hotel stays, room rates or other hotel services, and are not valid at international locations operated by The Evolv Collection.

Points usually take up to 24 hours to appear in your account after completing a qualifying transaction, please allow up 48 hours. If your points have not appeared after this time, please contact our team through the Evolv Rewards App or website.

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity means no qualifying activity, including earning or redeeming points, for a continuous period of 12 months.

Membership accounts may be deactivated after 36 months of inactivity.

Make your birthday celebrations last longer with double points. Members receive double points on qualifying dining experiences from 14 days before to 14 days after their registered birthday date.

Double points are automatically applied when eligible transactions are completed during this period.

Points cannot be transferred between Member accounts.

To join our Corporate Rewards programmes, please contact our Rewards team at rewards@evolvcollection.com who will assist with your registration. When creating your Evolv Rewards account, you must use your professional email address.

Both Club D&D and PA Book Club are closed. Qualifying Members have been contacted to transfer their memberships. Unfortunately, we’re no longer able to transfer any previous memberships.

To become a Member please go to the Evolv Rewards App (for Android™ or iPhone® device)/ Evolv Rewards Site (www.evolvcollection.com/rewards) and follow the prompts to create an account.

Evolv Rewards is valid in all UK- established The Evolv Collection restaurants including South Place Hotel (not valid on room rates, or international sites operated by The Evolv Collection).

Visit one of our participating restaurants, by booking a table using your Membership through the Evolv Rewards App or by providing your Membership Card to a staff member when visiting as a walk-in guest or within our bars. Show your member number (on your membership card in your loyalty app) to the server at time of booking, and allow 24 hours for your points to be credited to your acount.

Once you have enough points, you can exchange these for Gift Cards and/or Experiences with the App and/or Evolv Rewards Site. You will then be able to use your saved rewards towards your bill, just let a waiter know you have a Gift Card or Experience to claim.

Yes, once points have been exchanged for vouchers they can be used as full or part payment at any Evolv restaurant and/or bar.
