South Place Gym and Spa

Available from 6am until 9pm, seven days a week, our State of the Art gym includes the best equipment from Technogym and Peloton along with all equipment required for daily training. Sauna, Steam Room and Icebath facilities are found in our dressing rooms and spa treatments are available in our wellness room.
