This CCTV Privacy Policy explains how The Evolv Collection Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses closed circuit television (CCTV) systems across our premises.

The Evolv Collection Ltd (trading as “The Evolv Collection”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data. The Evolv Collection Ltd is a subsidiary of CGL Restaurant Holdings Limited, which is ultimately owned by Bresand Leisure Ltd.   1. Where cctv is used

 

We operate CCTV cameras in public areas across our venues, including entrances, dining areas, bars, reception areas, external spaces (such as terraces or courtyards), and office areas. Some locations may also use body-worn cameras operated by external security providers.

 

Clear signage is in place to inform individuals that CCTV is in operation.

All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and comply with UK GDPR.

We retain CCTV footage for up to 30 days. Footage may be retained for longer if required for an ongoing investigation or legal claim.

 

  1. International transfers

 

All CCTV footage is stored securely within the UK. If in the future footage is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards will be put in place.

 

  1. Your Rights

 

You have rights under data protection law, including:
