Negroni Month

This September, we’re turning Negroni Week into a month-long celebration at participating restaurants across The Evolv Collection, with the timeless classic joined by three new twists created by our own bar teams.

A Classic, Reimagined

From 1st to 30th September, we’re partnering with Campari and No.3 Gin to celebrate one of the world’s most iconic cocktails across participating Evolv Collection restaurants.

Following an internal competition at Campari Academy, three winning cocktails created by our bar teams will join the classic Negroni on a dedicated month-long menu. Each serve brings together the unmistakable character of Campari and No.3 London Dry Gin, celebrating timeless cocktail craft and the talent behind our bars.

Simply open the Evolv Rewards app, find the offer under Rewards and select Claim. Then head to Your Card and show your QR code to your server when ordering.
